Hi, I just stumbled across your blog tonight. I have just started my journey of sugar free and white flour free eating. I started the first of the year when I found I was sleeping so much better while doing a fast and after the fast as long as I wasn’t eating the whites. I’m hoping that it will eventually help w/ a few other things as well. I have lost several pounds by doing this, and that is a big motivation. I love cooking so I’m looking forward to trying your recipes.
I also homeschool my 4 kids, and am also humbled to call Jesus my Saviour. It is wonderful to find connections with others.
Looking forward to more posts,
Gloria
