Treasure that scooper and pass it on to one of your children. I still have the potato masher my mom used for me 50 years ago, and I use it to make mashed potatoes for my son. I also have my late father’s kitchen knives, and my grandfather’s work knives (he was a cook at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in NYC in the 40s). Pass the care along to your kids, and their kids.
