THANK YOU! As a T2 diabetic, my biggest vice is (WAS) a cup of coffee each morning with Italian Sweet Cream Sugar-free creamer. Sugar Free it says on the label but holy cow how it spiked my blood sugar! Enter this amazing recipe. It’s fantastic! Finally I can enjoy a good cup of coffee with the sweetness and creaminess I crave – but NONE of the crap chemicals! AND none of the spikes after the first cup!

I did it! the last recipe I tried for creamer went in the trash can, so I put off trying this one. I used a half batch for creamer & cooked the rest a bit longer to have caramel too – with taste FANTASTIC! Thank you for this recipe!

Made this yesterday and I LOVE it!! I am a type 1 diabetic and have been looking for a way to get away from artificial coffee creamer. Do you have any recommendations on reducing some of the fat? The 1/2 cup of butter in the sweetened condensed milk is amazing but I wonder if there is a decent substitute to be more heart healthy? Thank you!

I made half a batch to try it out – I made the Vanilla version, and it is wonderful!!!!
I DID make a full batch of the Sweetened Condensed Milk, and continued simmering it until I had Caramel…because I just recently got a Ninja Creami and, you know, Caramel for the Vanilla Ice Cream! Anyways, LOVE all your recipes…followed you for years!

Is there a store bought creamer you can recommend. I truly don’t think I can make theses creamers, plus I’m not a into “flavor” creamers. I really appreciate your guidance, also is there a way to buy them from you?
