Does balsamic not work with this dressing recipe? I ask because Balsamic is what I usually use with Caprese.

Made this tonight and I have to say I was amazed. My hubby and daughter loved it despite their insistence they are not fans of the zucchini noodle.

Just tried this last night and was pretty impressed to be honest. It was my first time eating zucchini raw ? I was scared but it was so fresh and delicious!! I will most likely be making this again tonight for dinner. Thanks for posting this recipe. Much love.

Made this salad tonight and it was a huge hit with the family! I didn’t have red wine vinegar so I substituted seasoned rice vinegar. It was still amazing! Excited to try some of your other recipes!
