Surprisingly delicious!!! I have to say when I looked at the ingredients I had my doubts that spinach and avocado were part of the ingredients. I only used half the garlic. I only got 6 cups of soup not 8, wasn’t an issue for me. Very easy to make, truly 1 pot recipe.
