I love pork chops! I’ve given up red meat except for an occasional steak and now I have my family eating tons of chicken, but I throw pork chops on sometimes for a change and being from the south, we love our fried chops! It’s a hard thing to come by many recipes I like that use pork chops!

Also, I couldn’t find where I can save this to my recipe box, so how does that work? I want to make sure I have this one.
