I’d like to make this today to serve Friday. Has anyone had any luck freezing this cake? (I would bake it, cut it and then freeze the pieces).

I’ll be using thawed, drained shredded zucchini for this cake too!

Is it yogurt or Sour Cream in this recipe? ingredients say sour cream but recipe instructions says yogurt.

I baked this cake today in the oven with whole wheat pastry flour n honey instead of erythritol. It came out nice and moist. I will definitely make it again! Thank you for sharing.
