I think next time I would cut the nutmeg and salt back a touch, but that’s personal preference. Delicious!  And I love that it didn’t feel or taste overly eggy.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Due to time and ingredient limitations, I super-simplified this recipe because it just sounded SO GOOD. I prepared the pie plate and oven as directed. I whisked together the eggs and cottage cheese along with a quarter teaspoon each of garlic powder and salt. I had a partial bag of raw spinach (approximately 6 oz) and about one quarter cup thinly sliced red onion, so I added both of those to the batter and mixed well. After pouring it in the pie plate, I sprinkled about half a cup of crumbled feta cheese on top, then baked it as directed. It was delicious! Thanks for a great idea!]]></description>
