I have been doing low carb and keto going on 10+ years now, I for one love to hear of something new that is sugar free and low carb. I love this page and everything that gets posted here, been a long time member. So that being said I spend a lot of time here reading and trying recipes, I enjoy it very much. All I can say is f you don’t like something that Brenda posts on her page then delete yourself, and stop complaining and posting about it… Keep on, keeping on sugar free mom because I am one too and We are Rocking these 40’s together girl ❤️

I’ve been using the ground coffee and using reusable filters but like the convenience of the k cups as well. To be completely honest with you, I had no idea they weren’t bio-degradable. Yes they are sugar free. And I am one who also just buys the bags and uses reusable filters as well. BUT I am also a busy mother of 3 who appreciates the conveniences of Kcups.
