I’m digging that campaign. I spend so much time outdoors between grilling for the other blog, and visiting the barn to hang with horsey, I feel like I spend 2/3 of my life outside. I wish I could sleep outside. But I don’t like bugs, so I don’t. Ha.

Love this recipe. You could totally make it on the grill too. I love this idea. Nothing beats White Castle burgers so this has to happen in my house. Plus they are just cute. I love cute food.

What a unique and interesting recipe! I would have never thought of putting the kale to cook under the burger, but it makes total sense and sounds really great. Giving this a try soon!

I have made homemade white castle burgers before but never though to throw in the kale. I love the addition because it has enough time to cook to get soft but also picks up all that burger flavor. Yum!
