I just made this and it is very good. I didn’t have any basil but it still tasted great. Next time I will use basil and who knows how much better it will be. This is a nice light dish perfect during this hot, humid weather.

I gotta say that even though this doesn’t have sugar in it, it certainly raises the blood sugar sky high! Be careful if you’re a diabetic.

Thank you for all the work you put into posting and sharing new recipes! When I try and add this recipe to my ziplist it says it is a whole wheat apple pie recipe. I have had that happen on a few other recipes. Am I doing something wrong?
