Just made our first attempt at sweet potato fries - oven baked. We modified it somewhat. -- used coconut oil spray, flaked sea salt, cinnamon and sprinkled a very small amount brown sugar mix (of half erythritol and half light brown sugar) we like after the baking was done. (We realize that the use of any sugar is not encouraged on this site, and hope that our idea doesn't lead anyone astray!). Delicious! Your proportions in the recipe were a good guideline for a newbie to this in general. And I think we may one day try the spices recommended in recipe.

Hi! I'm a uni student so unfortunately, I don't have an oven in my tiny room. Is there any alternative to cooking in the oven? Like a frying pan or something else?

These were great. I'm not very experienced in cooking so I have a question for those of you that are. They were really good but we both agreed they would be better if they were a little crispier. How would I go about doing that? Cook them longer? Broil?

Followed the recipe exactly and they turned out amazing! I'm a busy university student who's been spending all of her time in the library studying for finals so this is a delicious and quick meal that I'll be having for lunch and dinner today. Definitely beats campus food :)

Just made these for lunch, and added some carrots because I didn't have enough sweet potatoes. Absolutely delicious. Would have eaten the whole batch if no one else in the house had smelt them cooking, and come sniffing around. :)
