I have hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) issues during pregnancy (currently 11 weeks pregnant) and I&#039;ve had to switch to a sugar free, sweetener free, bleached flour free diet. I assumed that I was eating sugar free bread since it said it was 100% whole wheat bread from Nature&#039;s Own, but after watching your video, I flipped it over and realized that sugar was the 4th ingredient!
