There is an easier method. Buy a deseeder. Less mess and a whole lot quicker. Got mine at http://www.pomegranatedeseeder.com but I’m sure you can find one locally (health food store?)

I’m kinda embarrassed to ask but do you discard the seeds when eating or just chew them up best you can and swallow? Is it a preference?
I’ve always discarded the seeds but the quinoa salad seems like it would be hard to do that?

This is the best way to clean a pomegranite. I tried it before and it works great.
