Where it says you can replace the stevia with powdered, is that powdered sugar? And does this recipe still taste good if you leave out the instant coffee?

I am thinking of making this tomorrow morning. I don't have the banana though. Is there something I can substitute for it instead? If not I am going to have my hubby bring home some bananas tomorrow after work. Other than that I am thinking of adding some protein powder. My daughter doesn't eat meat and I have to get protein in her somehow lol. She will probably love these! Thanks!

I found carob chips at Whole Foods Market. Carob is from a Mediterranean tree and the seeds and pod are edible and naturally sweet. They are ground up into carob powder and made into chips. They are a replacement for chocolate chips. Some are unsweetened and some are sweetened. If you can't find them you can just use chocolate chips.
