This recipe looks wonderful! This is almost carnivore (Italian seasoning which I use) but was wondering if unflavored beef gelatin powder would work as a thickener? Would be so wonderful if it would!

I love this recipe it’s very versatile. I think the bone broth adds some great flavor. Sometimes I add a couple of ounces of cream cheese to the blender. I pour the batter onto an oiled, parchment lined baking sheet and form into as much of a rectangle as I can. Then bake at 350 degrees until the top is just set and doesn’t look wet. It takes about 6 or 7 minutes. As soon as I can handle I roll into a log shape and then slice into my desired thickness. I really love making fettuccine Alfredo with these, or tossing with some pesto. Plan on trying a lasagna soon.

this is exciting my husband has ankylosing spondylitis and he gets uveitis from his disease and can have no starch so this is finally a opened door to something he wants which is pasta. I only can use coconut flour and and that is hard to work with which I have mastered over 7 years now. I feel like I am on little house on the prairie. He cant have no nuts, seeds, grains, beans, flours. So his diet is hard. You have gave me so more options.
