I tried this for the first time this past weekend. It was DELICIOUS. It is now one of my favorite dishes. It is satisfying and very tasty. I do cut back on cumin as I find that spice a bit bitter if there is too much. Try it! Thanks Brenda

Made this for football championship Saturday and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Did the crock pot since I had all day and used chicken thighs since that’s what we had on hand. Mine turned out a bit salty (might have been the bouillon I used to make the broth) so I’ll mark my recipe to skip the salt next time.
