					<description><![CDATA[This was very easy to make.  I made 1/2 recipe since it is just two mouths to feed.  It was perfect.  The shortbread had a very good subtle lemon flavor and did not immediately turn to mush under the toppings.  The stability of the whipped cream was impressive, capable of holding up the berries.  5 stars!]]></description>
