The heavy whipping cream I am using has 1 tablespoon with 5 grams of fat. 1 Tablespoon is about 15 milliliters or about 15 grams. Hope that helps!

Yours always looks liquidy, and I tend to use one that is more solid, most of the time. I prefer fat to be 50g in 100g of cream. Lovely thick one from a small local farmer south of the city we live in.
