In reply to Shelley. I do not follow the THM program so I can't say for sure as I don't know what E or S meals are. I can tell you my program is customizable and you can choose the food on your plan according to the lists I provide for following a low carb or keto plan. It's a whole food deto.

I am a THM momma in menopause and I’m wondering if your course would work for me as I’m hearing a lot of women say E meals are helping them more than S meals. What do you think? Thanks

One is the course self paced without support for $199, the next is with support and paying $49 monthly starting after your free month in the membership and the other option is support but paying for 3 months for $99 which works out to be cheaper than monthly.
