					<description><![CDATA[Delicious. Made this twice now. First time I followed the directions for the pudding part with the addition of a pinch of pink himalayan salt. The taste reminded me of almond joys. I like my pudding a little thicker so the 2nd time I used a can of coconut cream and almond milk to make it to 2 cups. Perfect consistency. I will definitely keep making this. Thank you for the recipe.]]></description>

It&#039;s a ridiculous number of calories because of the cream but I ate it anyway! Next time I may just use almond milk thickened a bit with the hwc.
