Yes I think using coconut cream from the can will work to replace sour cream.

Of course, yes you can leave out the chocolate chips. Maybe swap with some chopped nuts if he doesn’t have an allergy.

That’s no problem at all. It might be a bit thicker than mine, just test in the center after the time I used for mine. You may need an additional 10 min.

I haven’t tested it so can’t say how the texture would be.

I believe if you scroll through the comments, someone was successful using almond flour but that is also high in oxalates. I’ve not tested with coconut flour though 1/4 cup coconut is equal to about 1 cup almond so probably the same ratio for swapping sesame flour.

This recipe looks delicious, but we try to limit high oxalate foods.
