I’m lazy and just cut my hot dog to fit my round buns! I did put garlic butter on them and browned slightly. Soo good.

Thanks for a great grilled cheese recipe just like my mother used to make for my sisters and ME. BTW, there is a typo in your introduction to this recipe. The text reads: “the grilled cheese my mom would make my brothers and I every Sunday night ” instead of “my brothers and me.” Just drop the words “my brothers and” and it will read “the grilled cheese my mom would make me every Sunday night.” I am a literacy teacher and thought you might like to know about the typo.
