I don’t have a green thumb either! I think I kill everything that I try to plant! My dad on the other hand is amazing at keeping plants alive! haha Great change up in using the Cucumber instead of the zucchini!

I’ve seen the oodles of spiral zucchini noodles, but this is the first time I’ve seen spiral cucumber noodles. I like it! I also like the sound of your lemon gremolata. YUM!

I have a semi-green thumb. I grow fabulous herbs and my tropical fruit trees are doing well (low-maintenance!). Love this light salad full of flavors!
