I&#039;ve not tested adding sauce and toppings then freezing. I&#039;ve cooked, cooled the crust then froze it and warmed for 5 minutes in the oven then added toppings and it was great!]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I love the cottage cheese flat bread and I love chicken crust pizza so I had the idea to play around and make a recipe mashup... but before doing so I decided to look it up and see if it had already been done and BOOM! I found this awesome recipe! The only thing I did differently was I doubled the recipe and had a 12.5 oz can of chicken. My favorite chicken crust recipe says to drain the water really well, use a paper towel to dry the chicken more, then spread out onto parchment and bake the canned chicken until completely dry (which involves stirring the chicken halfway through and put back into the oven until its dry and beginning to brown). From there I followed the recipe only doubled, plus an extra scoop of cottage cheese since it was a large can of chicken. I will add that the brand of cottage cheese really makes a difference because some are more watered down and will ruin the recipe. I find that Daisy is really good for this (after draining condensation that pools on top). Thanks for the awesome recipe! Im making a ton to keep in the freezer for super quick and easy pizzas for my pizza obsessed husband who loves this crust as much as I do!]]></description>
