Are the meal plans simple enough without a lot of ingredients that you would only use once? I’m in need of VERY simple with the busy lifestyle that I have . There is just my husband and I that I need t o cook for. Sometime my two girls and their husbands join us for dinner so I’m sure I can adjust quantities. I have a fatty liver and need to start eating health. I’ve been told by some that a Keto plan is good for me and others say Mediterranean. I’m NOT very knowledgeable when it come to understanding labels. I know they want me on low sodium. I’m so sorry I’m throwing this all at you but I’m truly looking to try something like you offer here. I need to take the guesswork out of it and have something planned out for me. Any thoughts on if this plan would be the right fit for me would be appreciated. Also if you had thoughts on which plans would be the best without for my lifestyle. I love crock pot meals, tasty one sheet meals because they are simple to set it and forget it. I will stop rambling now. I would love to try this if you think it’s a good fit for me.
