Elizabeth - I discovered this recipe about 2 weeks ago and LOVE it!!! I didn&#039;t find it very sour at all.  In fact the second time I made them I put more vinegar and less buttermilk.  But I am sure you could do the opposite and use more buttermilk and less vinegar and they would still be good. I don&#039;t think I&#039;d Peanut butter on sourdough!]]></description>

I have to watch my &quot;K&quot; intake because I&#039;m on Warfarin, and had a colon resection in December. Dark green veggies send my INR levels to high.  I pray I will have the motivation and willpower to follow this eating plan. It sounds so do-able. Thank you!  People like you make it possible for people like me to live better.]]></description>
