If you use there search bar on my website and type beef, or chicken or any vegetable you like, you will find a huge list of family friendly recipes. The majority of my recipes are not desserts and if you were a subscriber to my meal plan you would see a full selection of breakfast, lunch and dinners each day for 7 days.]]></description>
