Have you tried Sunbutter to replace peanut butter. I have a gluten sensitivity, most nuts, and corn. I thought I would have to give up the peanut butter totally until I found the sunbutter. I noticed no difference. :))

I just tried this and they came out perfect! Thank you so much! The only changes I made were coconut oil instead of butter. My biggest fear was that they wouldn’t set up, but the did!

Can you use SF honey or SF syrup? I know you don’t artificial sweeteners but wonder if anyone tried those?

Have you found a good option to replace the milk. I wonder about water but wondered how it would affect the richness? I love what you to help us get rid of sugar!

You might try some almond butter…or cashew butter…many other options at vitacost.com…if you let them know I referred you, I’d be thankful…I have a large family and trying to do things in a healthy way is very expensive. 🙂
