Air fried the skin from my store bought rotisserie chicken and sprinkled on my salad with dinner. Nice extra crunch.

I bought two rotisserie chickens today. I shredded the chicken and kept the the chicken skin. Cooked the skin at 375* for 20 minutes since the skin is already cooked. Not sure if this is what you had planned but they are good.

OH EM GEE ya’ll. I would show you a picture but they literally disappeared before the pan was even cool. I seriously need to source some chicken skin because there is no way to eat enough chicken to keep up with how fast these disappear.
