I made an egg(cold from fridge)using your instructions 3 minutes low pressure 1 minute rest and then ice bath 30 seconds but only used 1 1/2 cups warm water. Now I am marinating it overnight 1/4 cup sugar 1/2cup each soy sauce 1/2 cup water just trying it out and will expand ingredients as I continue experimenting. Hopefully it’s soft boiled but I will find out tomorrow. Having it in Breakfast Ramen I picked up at Sam’s! 5 stars for easy peeling!
