Just finished making this mug cake and it was fantastic in every way! I realized I goofed though, and used 2 T melted butter instead of cookie butter, and added some stevia and splenda to sweeten to taste and added a T of stevia sweetened choc chips. Even w/ my goof up, it was the easiest, fluffiest, yummiest low carb cake I’ve tasted!

I’ll be trying all of your mug cakes – with my glasses on next time! 🙂

I love mug cakes but I love that this version is sugar free! It’s the perfect for my dad who tries to eat low sugar 🙂

I don’t count calories so I could eat that whole thing by myself hehe (probably still shouldn’t though!). Your mug cake looks terrific – I wish I had some right now with my coffee!!
