This is such a great idea!
However, I think you may need to adjust the chocolate measurement?
I used 3 oz of chocolate instead of 2, and it was still only enough to cover 8 “balls.”

Made them on Valentine’s day with my daughters. It was a long process since we had to make the Nutella first, but soooo worth the effort!! I used a dark chocolate candy bar by Lilly’s. Wish my store had the choc chips, but they turned out wonderfully and we <3 dark chocolate! =)

In reply to Guinan. I solved the crunchy outside by putting some water biscuits in the blender and rolling the chocolate balls in the mix. This serves two purposes : stops the balls being so sticky and gives the crunch!

This is SO brilliant! I can’t wait to try these (will use my own homemade chocolate to keep it vegan/stevia-sweetened). My hubby totally LOVES Fererro Roche–can’t wait to surprise him with these! 🙂
