Would like to try, but noticed Bob’s has 25g Carbs per 1/4 C, would they do ok using almond flour?

I think we must be twins separated at birth! If I don’t get up early and go to the gym–it isn’t happening. AND, I felt like I’d spent so much for the Disney trip that I had to run my kids from place to place! It was NOT a relaxing vacation. These muffins look like a MUST DO for me. Thanks for the recipe.

I love that you used olive oil in the recipe. I wish I could get away with more baking recipes and olive oil…but I find I can sneak it into some things. This would be the perfect recipe to try;)
