I LOVE this recipe! I made them in a silicone mini muffin pan. After frozen, they popped right out and I dipped them in chocolate. It was perfect! These remind me of a dove ice cream bar or one of the higher quality creamy ice cream bars I couldn’t be happier with this recipe. Thank you, Brenda! This will be another go to recipe For me!

any sweetener you want, add a small amount then taste it before putting in molds and freezing.
