Do you think this recipe would work in small gummy bear molds? I happen to have them, although my preferred gummy Candy consistency is the one described here (soft, not rubbery).
Thanks!

This is one of those recipes where you say to yourself, “Now why didn’t I ever think of that”. You always seem to think outside the box and this recipe is PURE GENIUS! I’ve always liked fruit flavored gummies but all the recipes I’ve seen incorporate fruit juice. Even though the amount is nominal, as a diabetic I try to avoid fruit juice because of the high amount of natural sugar which plays havoc with my glucose levels. So when I saw this recipe on Pinterest I was ecstatic. So simple yet tasty and effective! I was so excited I immediately shared it on my THM forum. As one of your other readers stated I also use Great Lakes grass-fed gelatin so I’ll be getting some added benefits as well and I’m already a huge herbal tea drinker so my pantry is well-stocked with different flavors. In fact, I just heard that Celestial Seasonings has recently come out with a Watermelon Lime that I can’t wait to try. Thanks again for your fertile and God-given imagination. This made me and my taste buds very happy!

Re the Great Lakes Gelatin - do you have to dissolve it in cold water before putting into the warm tea? I have the Great Lakes Gelatin in my pantry because I think it would be good for me, but I have not used it except to add it to my broth.

Great idea using tea! I make them all of the time with pure lemon juice. For even greater health benefits you should research Great Lakes grass fed gelatin! It has helped my gut issues so much. I do not work for the company or anything like that, just a friendly suggestion:) Thanks for all of your amazing recipes.
