There is too much flour in this recipe - I'm guessing there may be an error in what is written? My experience with batters for pancakes of all kinds is that the batter should be fairly runny, definitely pourable. This recipe turned into a mash / paste, and even after adding an additional 1/2 cup of liquid, the final texture was mealy and pulpy. Very very strange. Please test and correct! Your other dutch baby recipe has an equivalent of 4T flour - so this version seems faulty somehow.
Thanks though for doing your keto recipes - it is appreciated!
