Hi Brenda, this looks delightful. I would love to make this recipe for this weekend. Wondering because you have wholesome Yum maple syrup linked in the recipe description, but in the actual recipe, it’s ChocZero.
Does wholesome Yum work? I used to eat a lot of ChocZero products and couldn’t figure out why my blood sugar was skyrocketing and after a lot of research I found out it’s because of the resistant corn product they use. It wreaks havoc on blood sugar. Made me sad because I love their products. Theirs is a lot thicker than wholesome Yum‘s so not sure it’s an even Swap.

Also, I see you have Bob’s Red Mill Coconut flour linked. I use Anthony’s and I know all coconut flour brands are a little different and that ingredient can really throw off a recipe. Do you think that would be okay here or should I try to buy some from Bob’s Redmill?

Thank you as usual.

Hi Brenda!
I was wondering if I can replace the sunflower seed flower with regular almond flour and the reason I’m asking is because I have an over abundance of almond flour and would like to use it up instead of having to purchase more flour.
Please let me know and have a wonderful day!
