Canned coconut milk usually can work to replace heavy cream but I haven’t tried it in my recipe for this pie.

She’s a carb addict but slowly learning that her Nanny’s desserts can be really tasty. She thought this was better than a Debbie cake and decided if I found her more easy sugar free recipes she wouldn’t need to eat the carb loaded desserts. All the carb lovers gave it a thumbs up and declared it a keeper.
