Found this a bit bitter.. will try without orange peel next time. or maybe try to candy peel with swerve first. Other than that it is good. Very creamy. tho it hardens in the freezer.

I wish the ice cream truck would visit us where we live because I would love to re-live my childhood “OMG I need a dollar” rush….haha. Love that you made this version sugar free because the creamsicle was always my favorite too!

We used to go running every time the ice cream man started down the street (plus begging for money or digging in the couch cushions for change!) This looks dreamy and creamy and a perfect summer treat.

I use stevia everyday but never in ice cream! This looks wonderful!
