The cake is great, I do use less sweetener though, and started making this the use up the cream from another creator’s tiramisu. Because I liked your cake, making some things in batches (but not too much) and am not fond of maths… I recently went with the other recipe for cream; freeze in smaller lots and bake your cake/assemble when I want a treat. One day soon I do intend to "do the maths" extend your cream recipe and repeat my "keep some in the freezer" process… I find it’s also nice for a hot day when I’m craving ice cream, so it didn’t always make it onto a tiramisu

I would love to make this for my husband for Valentine's day. What is the diameter of the quiche ramekins you used? I'm trying to figure out if I have anything close in size so I don't have to buy more kitchen gadgets... ;-) Thank you so much!

No coconut flour can not replace almond flour in this recipe. Some of my other mug cakes, like the lemon one use coconut flour, but with coconut flour there needs to be more liquid since it's just so absorbent. It's best to look over another mug cake that uses coconut in the recipe.
