Thank you Karen for your sweet words!I hope and pray I am always encouraging and never negative. As far as losing weight, are you counting calories? I found that was the only way to really see how much I was eating and although I was eating healthy foods I was eating too much. I had to cut back and lost weight eating between 1100-1500 calories. Just keep doing what you are doing and it will come off. I was and have always been a very slow looser. Consitency pays off.]]></description>

Not having added sugar in my diet has made me feel a lot better, but I don&#039;t seem to be losing the weight. Initially I lost about 5 pounds, but nothing after that. I have 2 kids at home, the younger one is almost 3, so I do about 15 minutes of exercise a day. I know I have to keep plugging along and your words were an encouragement this morning. It&#039;s also helpful to see the food diary. Thank you.]]></description>
