<p>Would you believe it if I told you that&#8217;s a grain free roll?? It is!! It&#8217;s made by <a href="https://www.againstthegraingourmet.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Against the Grain gourmet </a>and it is fabulous!! Higher in calories than a regular roll but when you want a good sandwich and you don&#8217;t eat them often this one is pretty yummy.</p>

<p>I know this looks like a lot, but I promise you that it is only a<strong> HALF ounce of cheese and 2 ounces of pork, I weighed it on my scale!!</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Here&#8217;s a quick video about the grain free bun I used here in this picture. They are higher in calories and fat so when I calculated the nutritional info I used Udi&#8217;s gluten free hamburger buns instead. Udi&#8217;s are only 190 calories and have lots of fiber!
