Just made this with turkey breakfast sausage, since I had that on hand. Added Red and green chopped peppers and a touch of oregano. Otherwise made it as directed. Added a little cheddar cheese over the goat cheese on 1/3 of it to try that. Like it both ways! Very good!

I’m a student who is just starting to get the hang of cooking so I’m constantly on the hunt for casseroles and the like (the healthier the better!). Thi looks so good1 I have found, btw, that Butterball actually has a turkey sausage with no sugar in it. Now, I can’t remember what other questionable ingredients it might have ;), but I remember grabbing several at the store b/c I was so surprised it didn’t have any sugar in it/ Of course it figures that only one of the grocery stores around my house carries it, but at least smomeone does!

This looks fantastic. It is defiantly true that goats cheese can be an issue of contention. But this does sound very delicious.

Visiting this amazing site, i found this recipe with spinach, mushrooms and egg, Just no words to describe it looks amazing and it sounds delicious.

In fact i would like to ask you something about the mushrooms, in your opinion it can be done with any specie? Or just the one that you used?

LOL @ your kids being picky but eating it anyway! I think breakfast casserole is perfect any time of day or every occasion. Even with picky little people around 🙂

I love casseroles because of how simple the recipes are. Your dish really hit the spot when you said turkey sausage. LOVE turkey sausages and mushrooms and eggs!! Ok, I like the whole thing lol.
