i have finally realized that if i just listen to my body i will be ok. yes some days i notice i am more hungry and eat more, but i know i have other days where i am not as hungry and eat less. it all balances out and i trust my body to do the work for me. it doesn&#039;t know what a calorie is, so why should i care about them? i just make sure to eat real foods and have balanced meals. it all works out in the end.  

those cocoa baked quinoa bars look tasty! i never thought to make bars out of quinoa. good idea!]]></description>

If I have to tighten the belt, I usually mooch off family members for dinners at their house. :) While they eat totally different things, they usually have something I can eat like chicken that I can add to salad at the very least.
