You might want to look at this recipe I've made for Chicken Spinach Alfredo Calzone. Why not try the Laughing cow Swiss lite cream cheese spread?

I was thinking of making a Chicken and Swiss version with Spinach and Broccolini. I was going to mix in a bit of homemade Caesar dressing but then thought maybe that would be too moist. I don't want to use cream cheese although I did have thoughts of Greek yogurt with some spices added in. Would this create too much moisture?

I made this last night with mushrooms instead of bacon and I also put some of the taco cheese with the mozzarella and it was delicious! Also had some pizza sauce left over and used it as dipping. Thank you for all of your recipes! My family has not turned their nose up once to any of them!
