Low Carb Peanut Butter Swirl Frozen Yogurt {No Sugar Added}

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together (except optional peanut butter for swirling), in a stand mixer or blender.
  • Pour mixture into an ice cream machine.
  • Follow manufacturers directions of your machine.
  • Once done stir in the optional peanut butter or top onto each serving.
  • Enjoy immediately as soft serve or freeze in a shallow airtight container for 2-3 hours until hardened.
  • Allow to defrost for a few minutes on counter in order to scoop easily.
  • If frozen overnight, allow to thaw for 30 minutes on counter to scoop easily.
