Chicken Burgers {Grain & Gluten Free}

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground chicken
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
  • 1 egg beaten
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Mix together all ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
  • Shape into 8 patties.
  • Grill on medium heat for about 12 minutes or until juices run clear.
  • Or Bake in the oven at 400 degrees on a wire rack on a baking pan for 25-30 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Enjoy with toppings!
