Combine egg, Parmesan, and garlic with salt and pepper.Add ground turkey and mix well. Make 12 meatballs.
Skew 1 meatball and vegetables on each skewer. Set aside.
In a small saucepan whisk glaze ingredients together.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat.
Simmer uncovered for 3-5 minutes until in reduces and starts to thicken.
Heat your grill to medium high heat.
Place your kabobs on grill and cook for about 10 minutes.
Brush half the glaze over the top of the kabobs and turn them over to cook another 10 minutes on that side.
Brush with the rest of the glaze on this side. Internal temperature of meatballs should be 165 degrees.
