Keto Antipasto Skewers

Ingredients

  • 6.5 ounces dried uncured salami or 16 thick slices
  • 5 ounces uncured cooked pancetta or 16 thin slices
  • 9 ounces uncured pepperoni or 32 thin slices
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella or 16 balls

Instructions

  • Start with a slice of salami, then fold a slice of pepperoni, add a folded piece of pancetta, another piece of pepperoni and finally top with a mozzarella ball.
  • Optional ideas: olives, pickles, veggies
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Notes

Other option besides Pancetta would be Prosciutto.
